Cheryl became a judge for the fifth series of The X-Factor, replacing Sharon Osbourne on the panel and mentoring Alexandra Burke to become the winner in 2008. In 2009, she repeated her role and was the star of her own one-off TV show, Cheryl Cole’s Night In.
